As a creative outlet Ive been trying to sketch more and work on my drawing skills as of late. Over the past few weeks I've been sketching people (usually sleeping - creepy) on the train. People are bloody hard. I chose to paint one in PS now that I have some free time, the initial sketch wasn't too great and I cant remember the lady's face too well, Ive had to fill all the holes in my mind with... google and a few celebrity's.
the only thing I remember was the lighting. Morning, direct sun hitting the lady looking out the window. It had been raining so the sun was broken up on her face. I'm attempting to capture that mood. Doesn't look like anything yet, but its a rough blocking. I spent a few hours on this, on the lips and eyes.
